RNLI

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea.
We provide a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the coasts of the UK and RoI, as well as a seasonal lifeguard service on many of the busiest beaches in England, Wales and Norhtern Ireland. The RNLI also works to promote sea and beach safety.
Volunteers are the heart of the RNLI. We rely on more than 40,000 volunteers - on lifeboats, at stations, on beaches, and in fundraising.
