Creating an Organisation Account

  1. Click on orange ORGANISATIONS box
  2. Fill out the above form with your organisation details CONTACT EMAIL will be your USERNAME when logging in. When finished, click on register.
  3. This message will pop up on your screen. {Your Volunteer Organisation has been created. Shortly you will receive an email with further information on how to proceed.}
  4. When your organisation has been approved by the administrator, you will receive an activation email below. Click on the link to complete your registration.
  5. You will then be asked to choose a password, retype it and then click on PICK PASSWORD.
  6. You can login using your CONTACT EMAIL and PASSWORD
  7. Your Ireland Involved account is now visible. You need to edit your profile first before you can add any opportunities or events. Click EDIT PROFILE on right hand side of the screen and then fully complete the form. Click SAVE PROFILE at the bottom of the page.
  8. You will be redirected back to your Ireland Involved account. There are eight tabs visible at the top of your page. For now, the tabs with functionality are Dashboard, Opportunities, Events and Edit Profile. Volunteering Ireland hope to have the rest of the tabs at full functionality in the coming months.

Creating a Volunteer Account

  1. Click on REGISTER in the top right hand corner of the page. You will then be asked to enter your first name; surname and email address. When finished, click register.
  2. This message will pop up on your screen. {Your account has been created. Shortly you will receive an email with further information on how to proceed.}
  3. When your account has been approved by the administrator, you will receive an activation email. Click on the link to complete your registration.
  4. You will then have to choose a password, retype the password in the box provided and click on Pick Password.
  5. You are now free to Log In. Use the email you used to sign up with initially as your Username and enter your password. Click Log In
  6. You will then be directed back to the Home Page. Click into your account on the top right hand corner of the screen.
  7. You will be immediately directed to your profile page. You will need to complete this fully before you can continue. Click Save Profile at the bottom of the page. Then click on Dashboard on the top left hand corner of the page.
  8. Click on to Go to Main Ireland Involved Site at the top right hand corner of the page. You will then be directed back to the home page and will be able to begin searching for volunteer opportunities and events.

Lost Password

  1. Go to the home page. Click into Login (circled top right hand corner of page)
  2. The Log In page will pop up. Click into LOST YOUR PASSWORD.
  3. Enter the email address that you used to sign up initially and click on Reset Password.
  4. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Click on link.
  5. You will then be asked to choose a new password, retype the password in the box provided and click on Update Profile.
  6. You will then login again using your email address as your Username and your password which has just been reset.
